HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and oversee all human resources functions. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business goals and foster a positive company culture.
Responsibility

• Develop, implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding, and ensure all HR-related documentation is complete and accurate.

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.

• Create and maintain employee development and training programs to ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.

• Manage employee relations issues and conflicts, and conduct investigations as needed.

• Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive company culture.

• Develop and maintain compensation and benefits programs to ensure that employees are rewarded for their contributions.

• Manage employee performance and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure that employees are meeting job expectations.

• Ensure that all HR-related data and records are accurately maintained and that HR systems are up-to-date.

• Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure that the company remains compliant with all applicable laws.

• Manage a team of HR professionals and provide coaching and guidance to ensure that they are performing at their best.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

• Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.

• Experience managing and developing a team of HR professionals.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all HR-related matters.

• Proficiency in HR systems and software.
